Applications are invited for a three-year full time ESRC doctoral research studentship: “Cases and contexts in technology enhanced learning in higher education”. This is linked to the ESRC/EPSRC TEL project “Ensemble: Semantic Technologies for the Enhnancement of Case Based Learning”, and is to be supervised by Prof. Richard Edwards at Stirling and Dr. Patrick Carmichael at Cambridge.

The ‘Ensemble: Semantic Technologies for the Enhancement of Case Based Learning’ project, an international and interdisciplinary project led from the Centre for Applied Research in Education Technologies (CARET) at the University of Cambridge, seeks a Research Associate with with a background in computer science or an allied area to develop Semantic Web applications in a range of disciplinary settings in Higher Education. Ensemble is a new 3 year ESRC/EPSRC project funded under the Technology Enhanced Learning initiative of the UK’s Teaching and Learning Research Programme.
